About Genna

My interest in real estate began in 2008, when I had two babies and my husband quit his W2 job to start his business. Having been self-employed myself for the previous 3 years, I knew the feast or famine nature of being a “free agent”. I began researching the best way I could be a Mom and provide some financial stability for our young family.

After extensive research and self education I transitioned into real estate investing and have built a diverse portfolio over the last 17 years.

My experience spans single-family homes, duplexes, a mobile home park, vacation rentals, apartment syndications, private lending, and NNN commercial properties.

I collaborate with individuals and families seeking passive income or aiming to grow their real estate portfolio. Why buildings? Unlike stocks and bonds, real estate is a tangible asset you can see and control. It serves as a hedge against inflation and provides opportunities for tax advantages through depreciation, interest write-offs, and cost segregation. If you are looking at diversifying your retirement funds, real estate can increase your cash flow and your net worth.

“But what about toilets and tenants?”

This doesn’t have to be you, (or your husband, see below). Passive investment options are available, allowing you to benefit from real estate without handling day-to-day operations.

Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.
